主体结构分为三类:
1. 整体型;2. 整体芯轴可换套型;3. 上下芯轴可换套型;主体(或芯轴)用优质合金钢制造,经过特殊的热处理工艺达到预期的硬度、强度和抗冲击性能。联接螺纹符合API标准。螺纹表面镀铜或磷化,涂防护油并戴护帽。与井壁摩擦的带主要是三螺旋带(也可订做)。带的表面经硬化处理,硬化形式有如下几种:

(type surface bead welding abrasive welding rod.)
